BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Your booking is a contract which both parties agree to honour. Upon receipt of your requested deposit or payment a guarantee of a site or cabin will be held exclusively for you for a period of 20 hours from 12pm on the arrival date if held by way of deposit or for the period of the booking if paid in full. If held only by deposit the balance of the booking is to be paid in full on arrival. A specific site or cabin number may be indicated when the booking is made but this is NOT guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

Your security deposit or full payment is only refundable (less a $25 booking fee) if 1 month's notice is given in writing. If less than one month's notice is received, a refund will only be given if management can re-let the booking in full.
